Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled pork chops with a slight smoky flavor.

4 bone-in pork chops (1/2 inch thick), 1 tblsp Lawry's, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tblsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tblsp paprika, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp liquid smoke flavoring.


  1. Use the Great Scrape to clean the grill

  2. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

  3. In a bowl, mix Lawry's, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke. Wet pork chops and rub both sides with mixture. Allow to stand for 10 mins.

  4. Grill chops 12 mins per side. Allow to sit 10 mins before serving.
