Grilled Korean Bulgogi


A delish Korean recipe that tastes like Teriyaki Beef.

Ingredients:

Top sirloin steak, 5 tblsp of soy sauce, 2 1/2 tblsp of white sugar, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 2 tblsp minced garlic, 2 tblsp sesame seeds, 2 tblsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Use the Great Scrape to clean the grill

  2. Place steak in dish. Mix soy, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil & pepper. Pour over steak. Cover and refriderate for 1 hour or overnight

  3. Preheat outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grates

  4. Quickly grill steak on hot grill until slightly charred and cooked through, 1 - 2 mins per side.
