Grilled Chicken w/ Asparagus and Mushrooms


Sweet Chili Marinaded Chicken Breasts w/ Grilled Portabello and Asparagus

Ingredients:

Chicken breasts, sweet chili sauce, asparagus, portabello mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste, olive oil.

Instructions:

  1. Place raw chicken breasts and enough sweet chili sauce to coat in gallon ziploc baggie. Marinate over night.

  2. Use the Great Scrape to clean the grill

  3. Preheat grill to medium / high heat.

  4. Grill chicken evenly and baste periodically with additional sweet chili sauce for a glazed coating.

  5. Lightly coat each portabello w/ olive oil and grill 5 min on each side, or grilled to your liking.

  6. Lightly coat the asparagus w/ olive oil and grill 5 min on each side, or grilled to your liking.

  7. Salt and pepper the portabellos and asparagus to taste.
