Grilled Romaine Caesar Salad and Chicken

Chicken Breast, Head of Romaine Lettuce, Zesty Italian Dressing, Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, Greek Seasoning, Croutons, Shredded Parmesan Cheese, Caesar Dressing
Use your Great Scrape to clean the grill.
Marinate Chicken in Zesty Italian Dressing for at least 30 minutes
Cut Romaine heads in half lengthwise and rinse. Allow to drain for a few minutes.
Mix olive oil, garlic powder, and greek seasoning. Baste onto all sides of romaine heads
Grill Chicken breasts to preferred doneness.
About 3-5 minutes before chicken is done, place romaine heads on grill for about 2-3 minutes per side. Just enough to get good grill marks. A little char is good, but not too much.
Top with Caesar dressing, shredded parmesan, and croutons.
Enjoy with a nice glass of Reisling or Moscato
