Grilled Wild Duck, Squash & Garlic Bread

Duck breast, olive oil, favorite seasoning, garlic bread and home grown squash.
Use your Great Scrape to clean the grill.
Season cleaned duck breasts on all sides and massage into meat.
Cut squash into 3" chunks, rub with olive oil and season. Place skin side down for 15 min on Med/High, and tflip to cook about another 15 min or until done.
Cook duck on med/high heat until desired doneness.
Grill seasoned/oiled bread into toasts.
