Grilled Ribs, Garlic Bread & Steaks

Ingredients:

Baby Back Rib Racks, olive oil, favorite pork rub, steak seasoning, garlic bread and Steak.

Instructions:

  1. Use your Great Scrape to clean the grill.

  2. Season rib racks on all sides and massage into meat. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-24hrs.

  3. Smoke ribs with desired wood chips for 2 hours.

  4. Grill steak to desired temp (Med-Rare!)

  5. Grill rib racks, turning and basting with bbq sauce often.

  6. Grill seasoned/oiled bread into toasts.

  7. Enjoy with a nice bottle red wine or beer.
