Grilled Salmon, Szechuan Green Beans and Garlic Smashed Baby Reds

Fresh/Frozen Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Baby Reds, Garlic, Butter, Milk Sour Cream, Grean Beans Szechua/Teriyaki Sauce


  1. Use your Great Scrape to clean the grill.

  2. Marinade Salmon fillet for 30 minutes in a soy sauce and brown sugar sauce.

  3. Boil water and add potatoes.

  4. Heat grill to medium heat, around 400 degrees

  5. Grill Salmon skin down on tinfoil for aprox. 15 minutes until firm and cooked through.

  6. Saute 2 cloves of garlic with a half of stick of butter and add to cooked potatoes and smash. Add milk, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Saute fresh green beans on medium heat with your choice of szechuan or teriyaki sauce until al dente

  8. Plate and enjoy with your favorite beverage.
