1-2 lbs of steak 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Poke meat with a fork and place into a bag and add all ingredients to the bag.
Mix the meat and marinade together making sure that the marinade is evenly distributed.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24 hours.
Preheat grill to 450 degrees. Grill steak 4-5 minute per side.
Remove from grill, rest 10 minutes. Serve.
