1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp chives
2 large garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 New York strip steaks
½ lb. bag of Shrimp
Stir the butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and chives together.
Spread 1 tablespoon seasoned butter over each side of each steak and over each lobster half. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.
Add shrimp to the remainder of the butter.
Wrap butter shrimp in bacon, then season with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to 400 degrees.
Grill steaks about 4 minutes per side or until cook how you prefer.
Grill shrimp on foil to limit flare ups, grill about 3 minutes a side or until bacon is crispy.
Let steaks rest for about 10 minutes.
