Grilled Potato Skins


4 medium-sized potatoes

½ cup shredded cheese

4 tbsp bacon bits

¼ cup Feta Cheese

Salt and Pepper


  1. Wash and dry each potato. Wrap each potato in a piece of aluminum foil.

  2. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Place the potatoes in the grill. Allow them to cook for 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove from grill, let cool.

  3. Remove the aluminum foil. Cut each potato lengthwise. Scoop the insides out. Leave a little around the edges and bottom.

  4. Add bacon bits, and shredded cheese, then place on the grill.

  5. Grill until the cheese has melted then top with feta cheese. Serve.

  6. Enjoy!
