4 medium-sized potatoes
½ cup shredded cheese
4 tbsp bacon bits
¼ cup Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Wash and dry each potato. Wrap each potato in a piece of aluminum foil.
Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Place the potatoes in the grill. Allow them to cook for 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove from grill, let cool.
Remove the aluminum foil. Cut each potato lengthwise. Scoop the insides out. Leave a little around the edges and bottom.
Add bacon bits, and shredded cheese, then place on the grill.
Grill until the cheese has melted then top with feta cheese. Serve.
