1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 package tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups shredded cabbage
3 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp chipotle seasoning
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp lime juice
Preheat grill to 450
Add lemon pepper, ½ the salt, chili powder, and ½ the chipotle seasoning into a bowl. Mix well.
Season tilapia on both sides, and set aside.
Mix mayo, garlic powder, remaining salt and chipotle powder, lime juice. and sriracha. Stir until combined.
Add Lodge cast iron to the grill to heat up.
Add oil to cast iron and heat the tortillas.
Once complete add tilapia to cast iron. Cook about 4 minutes per side, or until flakey.
Build tacos. Tortilla, tilapia, cabbage, cheese, cilantro, chipotle aioli, and lime juice.
Serve and enjoy!
