1 package brats
1 sweet onion
1 can beer
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat grill to high heat.
Place brats, beer, onion, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a pot.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat. Remove the brats.
Place brats on the grill for 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve with buns and onions from the pot and any other toppings you like.
