We know its fall but we could use a little kick in our appetizer & Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers are a great way to do so!
INGREDIENTS:
► 6 Jalapeno Peppers
► 1 c of Cream Cheese
► 1/2 c of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
► 1/2 lb of Bacon
► Toothpicks
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Slice Jalapenos in half and gut the seeds with a spoon. Slice Bacon in half.
2. Heat Cream Cheese and mix in shredded Cheddar Cheese until evenly mixed.
3. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick and let cook on a medium-high heated grill for 15 minutes.
4. Remove from grill, remove toothpicks, and serve!
